It was satisfactory for what we needed in a one night stay. It was clean and bed was comfortable. Only complaint is that we couldn’t get the volume on the tv so we had to watch with subtitles which was kinda difficult since tv was far away from bed.

We saw a large palmetto bug in the apartment . We could not work the tv no matter what we tried, we could not sign into WIFI. There is major construction across the street. We were awoken early to a lot of loud noise from the construction. and also someon e was pressure cleaning the front area very early. I asked for a refund. I hope I get it or I will dispute with my bank. Also the fan didn't work. There were no batteries for two of the three remotes.

Cute little place that was clean and cozy and Affordable. Exactly what we needed for our weekend getaway. Highly recommend. Was able to communicate easily with the property manager and he was really nice. We will definetly use them again. 😍

Clean and humble. I called the owners on three occasions I only managed to speak to them twice so communication is OK. Neighbors were a little noisy but they did you turn the music off by midnight

We had driven 20 hrs and were hoping on checking in early but we had to wait till exactly 3p which is when the cleaning girl walked out. Apartment smelled cleaned and it definitely was a self check in. Contact person replied immediately. Area was quite and walking distance from a couple of places. Not bad

Excellent. Reasonably priced for area. Clean.
Bed was too low to the ground. Maybe 1 foot high at the most. My boyfriend had trouble getting in and out of it. But other than that excellent. Although I never met the host, we kept in constant communication through email as necessary. Whenever I had a question they were quick to answer. Everything was clean and orderly.

Absolutely awful!
Do yourself a favor, don't book it! Don't stay there if you don't want to ruin your vacation! We've arrived at the place at noon, nobody was there, there is no reception or something on the property, it took us more than an hour to contact the "responsible" person. Then, when we got into the room we were shocked. There is nothing even close to the photos you can see on site, a dirty small room with the bed on the floor, no table for work, nothing. The TV from the previous decade, a lot of homeless people around and a heavy smell of cannabis other there... The pool that has been one of the main reasons we booked the hotel was closed with a sign... We left the apartment after five minutes of being inside and then when we called the owner, he told us "But you know, buddy, there is no refund here". And there were five nights that we paid for and not used because it was impossible to stay there with my 12 years old and wife...

Simple comfortable and great stay
The room was a studio like apartment which was great because we conveniently used the dishes and utensils during our stay. It was a simple transaction coordinated via text once at the property, the person calls you and gives you a key box code and done. No fancy anything but this great stay rivals many higher end hotels with its comfort and low price.

Came there for a late check in. Keys were in lock box. Almost impossible to read lock box code even with lights from the iPhone. TV cable hanging down in front of the door on the inside. Broken mirror on the shelf in the closet. Coming back to for my second night stay, there was no electricity. Called guard about it. Took more than one hour before it was fixed. Woke up next morning and the door was open even though I know I closed it properly. Nothing missing but scary. Room was dirty and noisy.

The apartment was well-stocked with conveniences and very comfortable. A power outage occurred due to a couple of blown transformers my first night there, but, that was repaired by the morning.

The management was extremely accomodating. I booked 1 day in advance and was notified of no availability. After a phone and me expressing my need for a kichen, managememt made it happen. Very responsive, Wifi was promptly back and working after a ohone call when it went down. Close to the Pompano Beach Pier - a sandy and large enough beach to chill. Lots of restaurants and a publix is nearby.

We had a really amazing time in Pompano beach and the location of this stay was really convenient. Right by a grocery store, and off a main drive. It didn’t have certain things that would have been helpful in the kitchen. Bring your own beach towels, and bring more bath towels if you think you’ll need them!! The door handles are really hard to open- but other than that it is worth the price to stay. Perfect for 2-3.
