It was beautifully decorated and in an ideal location, whether shopping, dining or walking to the beach, and is right next-door to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park. The park has great shaded walking trails and picnic areas with lots of natural landscaping and nature To enjoy. We spent a lot of time around the large pool in the backyard which was surrounded by lush, green palm trees, and foliage that provided nice privacy. There were two areas to dine at and a nice seating area for relaxing and watching some TV in the evenings. Romina helped provide answers for any questions we had about the property. I would definitely recommend this property to families, adults, and seniors. I look forward to another visit to this much cared for home.! ##### Barbara H. Getting to the beach is an easy 5 minute walk, and the house has ample beach toys and chairs. The heated pool is fantastic. There is even a small adjacent hot tub area. The backyard feels private and secluded, even though you're in a very busy area. The house itself was well laid out, with two master suites on opposite ends, a great setup for two families. Pool was wonderful - perfect temperature and no chemicals were noted. Area directly from the family area opens onto a patio area with protection and comfortable furniture. Great kitchen that was well supplied with cooking needs. The host was extremely helpful and very responsive to our needs/questions.
