The iguana is part of the charm and the noise isn't really creepy once you know who is telling you about his kingdom!!!On the up side, the pool and hot tub are very nice, the back yard is well screened off by the vegetation, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped and functional, the two living room set up is great for separating conversations, the driveway has space for three cars, the location is really convenient to 3 highways, local main roads, and suburban streets, there is public parking for a nominal fee at the public beach a straight shot down the main drag, the ac and heat were perfect, 3 airports are nearby. This is a really good property. I am grateful to have been able to stay there with my family for the week.My two cents...I would not plan on the pool for toddlers. It is a little deep for the really young ones. But it is perfect for young swimmers and up. I thoroughly enjoyed it. The loungers were great and the pool rings were a pleasant surprise. Plenty of good sized towels. The hot tub was fantastic too. It is on a corner and the street is busy. But the yard is well secluded by thick vegetation. Plenty of amenities, appliances, extra bedding etc. Excellent communication.We had a fantastic week. Strongly recommend this property and this host. ##### Charlene W. Outdoor area is your own little paradise with pool, hot tub and wonderful seating area. Our host, Winston was extremely helpful and accommodated all our requests. The house was large, plenty of beds and baths. Everything was very clean, no bugs at all (inside or out). The Pool and Hot Tub really made our trip the best! The bedrooms were perfect for what we needed, the outside area was a great private hangout, and the location was close to both the golf courses and the the casino.
