This is the perfect home base to work and enjoy beach living. It's near impossible to find a large 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom so close to the beach on the barrier island. There's 2 laptop workstations & the fastest WiFi w/speeds up to 1300mbps. We refurnished everything in July 2021\. Leather furniture, Casper memory foam mattresses, fully stocked kitchen. Watch over 100+ cable channels or stream your favorite shows on the 55" smart Samsung TV. Paradise Shores #4 is an oversized 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner apartment (approx. 1000 sq ft) located on the ground floor of our boutique 8 unit vacation rental complex. If you like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked and includes full size electronic appliances (fridge, stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, etc). There's also 2 BBQ grills on the property. Both bedrooms suites include brand new, super comfortable memory foam mattresses. The 1st bedroom has a queen size bed and 2nd bedroom has a full size bed with a pull out twin trundle bed. All 3 beds are wrapped in high end, breathable linens and pillows. Leather furniture adorns the family room in front of the 55" smart Samsung TV. When it's time to work, there's multiple places to setup a laptop and connect to the high speed wireless Internet, including 2 official desks (1 in the living room and 1 in the 1st bedroom) and 2 dining room tables. The 2nd dining room table is located in a private enclosed patio surrounded with 6 foot windows. Open the windows in this room, encounter the amazing ocean breezes and easily turn it into an outdoor space. When it's time for laundry, a full size stackable washer and dryer can be found a few steps outside your front door. Our 8 unit boutique vacation rental building is located 1 block to the warm Atlantic Ocean where you'll find beautiful white sand covering a deserted beach. We're also within walking distance to the Intracoastal Waterway, a boat marina, grocery stores, a variety of water sports activities, restaurants and shops. If you live an active lifestyle, you don't need a car. If you have a car, there's two free parking spaces located in front of the building. All utilities are included (Xfinity high speed wireless Internet and cable tv, electric, water, trash, etc.). You'll also have access to beach chairs, beach umbrellas and beach towels. Very comfortable and clean rental in a fantastic location. Literally one short block (straight shot) to beach access point. Close enough to easily walk to the pier and all the restaurants/shops around there, but the beach isn’t as crowded as it is just a bit closer to the pier (where the public parking is concentrated). It’s an older building but well maintained, has everything you need and the hosts have thought of everything to make the stay easy. This place is a block from the beach and a short walk to the pier. As the video showed, it had everything we needed, towels, beach towels, beach umbrellas, start-up items etc. Bedrooms were nicely decorated, super comfy beds and lots of drawers and hangers! We didn’t cook often but the kitchen was very well equipped. It is the only room needing some updating but it is clean and organized. Thank you to Jeanette, the host, for providing us with all the necessary info for check-in, check-out, etc. She was very attentive, easy to reach should you have any issues and addressed all our emails quickly, very welcoming and professional! - Lucia ##### Lucia D. The apartment was very clean and had been freshly painted. The furnishings and appliances were all in good repair, and the apartment was very well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, and beach chairs and umbrellas. The location is safe and quiet, and only about 150 yards to the beach. Check-in and check out was easy and efficient. Wifi was fast. There were no reviews, which made me a little nervous but I booked anyway. The property owner, Jeanette, reached out right away and was very kind and professional. When I arrived at the property, it was obvious I had absolutely no need to worry. This unit is FANTASTIC! It is exactly as described and pictured - clean, well-kept, and in excellent condition. We had everything we could possibly need. The location is excellent and close to the beach, shopping and dining. The beds are super comfortable and the unit is QUIET. Our stay was over 8 days and it was always a pleasure to return to this peaceful apartment after long and exhausting days of training. I will be back down to the area from time to time for business and I will always check first to see if this place is available when looking for lodging. Jeanette, thank you so much for providing such a lovely and restful retreat at the beach. I hope to visit again soon! ##### Rebecca D.
