I booked a completely different room/building than what I was given. The room I was supposed to have had a full kitchen. This had a dorm fridge and an old microwave on top of it. Tiny bathroom and curtains didn’t even cover the entire window, so if you like darkness at night and in the morning you won’t get it here. Check in took over an hour and they had no parking available (which I was supposed to get) and told us to park in a garage a few blocks over and pay there at $4 an hour. This is on top of other issues I had with this booking but the bottom line is I got a bait and switch off Expedia and was not happy. It was too late to cancel by the time we finally got the room and I knew there wouldn’t be anything else Memorial Day weekend.

I’ve stayed for 3 night traveling solo. The guests on the next room were loud, being outside of the room. The location is very convenient but need a lot improvement.

The door wouldn’t unlock at the first room I was given. Had to go back and request a different room. I stayed because I didn’t insured my trip so didn’t want to loose my investment. Would not recommend this area

When we originally checked in the room the put us in has peeling paint through out , nats on the bed, air conditioning did not work and the doors looked like they been kicked in . I complained they changed rooms that room was dirty and was infested with roaches

Paid for parking. They provided terrible and incomplete information on parking. Even highlighted where to park and told me not to park in front of the other buildings. Spots had other hotel names on them. Parked in street with pass and got a $45 ticket. Hotel said they told me there was no on street parking. That was totally untrue. There were 15 spots facing building which is where she SAID (incorrectly) to park- with other hotel names. None with out hotel. What a scam!!!! They refused to deal with it. At least 1 other vehicles in same situation as me and they would not even refund the $18 plus taxes they charged for non-existent stalls. Reported damages in bathroom and she said housekeeping was aware. I asked why it had not been fixed before then. No response

It took 40 min at least to check in, and the staff was not very personal but very robitic going through the line up of ppl waiting to be checked in. Room was decent, but even with windows closed , all night we were awaken by ppl talking and laughing and partying outside our bedroom window. Breakdast wasnt hygienic at all: a bowl of hardboiled eggs already peeled on the table and ppl can just take from it, a peanut butter jar opened with a spoon that who knows used it wear and how and put it back in the jar, milk in a big dispenser on a table outside not on ice or fridge. Location is good and thats the only good point i gave it.

No we're to plug in a curling iron in the bathroom and no mirror where there was a plug. Sink in kitchenette overflow when the bathroom sink was on. Is a plumbing issue sink needs a better p-trap because gasses also came out of the kitchen sink. To fix the mirror problem, you can place a mirror over the microwave. The bathroom is so small you hit your head on the towel rack or wall just to get off the towlet. The bathroom needs a vented fan to get rid of steam from the shower to prevent mildew build up. Otherwise bed was comfortable and room was clean. Not exactly what expected for the price I paid.

Pretty good all around, however shower door broken and main room door not shutting completely, however it did lock and secure. Supposed to be stocked with dishes and the like, but none in room.

This property was close to the board walk. The smell of cleaning product was overwhelming and after a few minutes in the room it was apparent that the floor was not clean as my socks were black from the dirt on the floor... The location of the room was great, However I felt very uncomfortable in the room, It was very sterile and dark.. The shower didn't even have a place for the bar of soap. This could be a great little get away if the owner would just add a few creature comforts to the room and maybe updated the building. The breakfast that was included was pretty nasty & very unsanitary.

This place is nothing to write home about but it is clean and short walk to the Hollywood Beach boardwalk. The checkin process can be taxing as multiple properties have to check in at this location.

Every single staff member was so sweet and helpful! We ended up missing our flight out of Miami and so we needed a quick place to stay for cheap-- this checked all our boxes and it ended up being such a great spot to walk the beach, check out a whole bunch of nearby shops and restaurants, and not worry about having to rent another car.

We should have read the reviews
Address on confirmation was not the address of hotel or office. Name was different as well. Could not get in touch with anyone after we were dropped off at the address on the confirmation. Area was sketchy, people sleeping on ground near entrance of hotel. Had to wait an hour plus to check in at midnight then walk a few blocks with our suitcases to our hotel. Room was booked for the kitchen, however, there was not one cup or dish in the cabinets. Not even a styrofoam cup for the coffee maker. Not a plastic cup for water. They said we had to request that beforehand. Something crawled on us when we got in bed. The neighbor said they found roaches. We never found what crawled on us.

Not worth staying in.
The villas had weird smell in them and are pretty old. There were no utensils provided and when we asked for them the staff kept on stalling that they will provide but never did. The property is very big and reception is always very crowded.

We got a good room that was nice and clean and the king bed was fabulous! The tiny kitchenette functioned well for our needs. The tv was great. The front desk personnel was very efficient, kind and helpful!

That hotel is very bad in everything, it has no cleaning, there is no room service and they charge you for it every day, they do not change the bed sheets, I had to look for the towels every day with the bathroom soap because they never had them. they said, I don't recommend it.

STAY AWAY, especially if you are travelling with children. it’s really meant for the adult lifestyle or spring breakers. The bathroom was small, no window coverings, fridge rusted, the kitchen was not equipped, and the place was dirty. A man make kissing noises at my 11 yo daughter, a John was walking on with his trick as we were high tailing out of there after our 1.5 hour stay. As my daughter was crying to leave as she didn’t feel safe for the night. I requested a refund for the 1 hour parking and was told no refunds, I contacted Expedia to see what they can do as I had to pay for another place to stay where my daughter and I were safe.

pictures on Expedia showed a functional kitchen yet upon arrival there were no dishes or pots and pans and it seems they expect you to bring your own pots and pans. overall, the property does not match the photos provided by the booking agent

Staff was friendly but room was stained dirty and could have used a coat of paint. Overall not worth the money. My advice to management is give your staff a raise but invest more in the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms.

They didn’t have any face towels the two days we were there. The stove in the kitchen did not work. There was so much sand at our front door. It was getting all over the floors in the bedroom nowhere to park but they charge for parking. I did like that the beach was right off of the property, which was around the side of the building that was the only part of this trip that I felt like was worth it, but I will never stay at this property again
