It is small, as it is a studio apartment, but the layout utilized every square inch to its advantage. The double sinks were so nice and the kitchen well appointed so we could cook meals twice a day. The location is ideal and you can easily walk to dinner. The private beach is like your own oasis with just a few other couples and families there too. At times we actually had the beach mostly to ourselves too. The property is secure and the parking is easy. The owner was extremely good with communications. Very convenient to the beach and attractions. Condition of the unit was not super, we needed to replace light bulbs in the unit when we arrived, a shower door was missing and the HVAC unit was very, very loud. The International complex where this room was located was not clean or well maintained. Lots of yellow construction tape, unfinished projects in the pool area. Sandbags too. We stayed in the middle of August and we pretty much had the beach to ourselves. The few people we ran into on the property were friendly and everyone seemed to keep to themselves. The property itself is a little older, but the location was perfect and the room was newly updated and clean. The only negatives were the loud air conditioner and too few towels, but we did just fine managing both. I would definitely stay at this property again.
