This was a perfect stay for my partner and I! We were able to walk to the grocery store and many food options were around us. However, it was a 20 minute Uber ride to the beach and the costs varied between $20-$50 depending on the time and when we went. We could sometimes hear talking between the other wall or the animals in the backyard from what I assume.. it was never bothersome though. Other than that, the stay exceeded our expectations. Cheap, great area and the full kitchen is the best part. It might be tiny but it’s so cozy. It became our home away from home. We were able to make breakfast and dinner with no problems. The air conditioning is also amazing and having the safe for our passports made us feel that much better. The only thing I would suggest is a dresser maybe inside the closet. The property is pretty much immaculate inside and very quiet, and the location is only about a 5 or 7 minute drive from Fort Lauderdale Airport. The hosts were very kind as well. To explain, I arrived at the property on the wrong day via some kind of misunderstanding, and the host dropped me off at an inn that I had to check into temporarily. The studio was as advertised and clean and quiet. Neighborhood seemed a bit questionable and parking was off a very busy boulevard. The main issue was lack of communication. Hostess did not speak English and was not home when we arrived.We spent several hours on the phone trying to figure out the entrance that was behind a privacy fence. We we also did not receive the entrance photo on the VRBO site. Communication with VRBO was not at ALL helpful. Responses were varied from we will get you emergency help to find suitable lodging to to bad you are on your own!We spoke by cellphone no less than 4 times and received different information from representatives. The bathroom was tiny and two people cannot be in there at the same time. The cost of the room was reasonable but not worth it. ##### Steve L.
