The bedroom is elegantly decorated and designed with your full needs and comforts in mind. Enjoy one of your best night sleep in our luxurious 10” pillowtop king mattress and end your day binge watching your favorite shows on the smart T.V. over to your preferred online streaming service on our free Wi-Fi. The living room comes equipped with a comfortable full-size pull-out couch and a cozy full-size futon. Your unit has a full kitchen loaded with all the cookware and appliances you need to enjoy a simple meal or an all-out feast. While staying with us you won’t have to worry about the grueling heats of South Florida since all units have Central A/C that you can control. All units come with a free designated parking spot, so you don’t so there is no need to drive around to park. For your security we have a 24/7 camera system installed in the building as well as smart locks in each door to keep you and all your belonging safe at all times and make your check-in process as easy and smooth as possible. We can wait to host you! \*\*Important Information\*\* Please Beware that this is a multi-property listing. This means that there are a few very similar units located in the same property and when booking you will be assigned one of all of them. This is the reason some of the pictures look a bit different. All amenities, square footage, and items in the room are exactly the same with slight differences like type of flooring, wall color, kitchen cabinet color, etc. The Virtual reception is open 24/7 via phone and message. Contact-less (self) check-in and check-out. Please kindly note that this is a multi-unit listing. What is being rented is a room-type but not a specific unit #. We have multiple units that are identical in layout and have the same furniture and amenities. However there may be very slight detail differences such as coffee table, color of couch, and linen. All units have been uniquely and beautifully designed. Unfortunately, we are not a pet friendly property. We love our furry friends but unlucky situations have caused us to change our policy and strictly enforce it. Service Animal Assurance Form must be completed for reservation accompanied with a Service Animal. IMPORTANT: A person who knowingly and willfully misrepresents herself or himself as using a service animal and/or being qualified to use a service animal commits a misdemeanor of the second degree. Animals whose sole purpose function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Quiet hours from 11 PM to 8 AM (No Loud noise or music) We service our units in the Airbnb/Apartment-Style Model. We do not offer regular hotel amenities and do not offer traditional housekeeping services. We set up our units with all the essentials for our guests to start their stay. As products are needed our guests replenish from local markets. On-site washer/dryers are offered in order to maintain personal and accommodation linen. Extra cleaning services are available at a surcharge. Because of South Florida's tropical climate we perform monthly fumigation services on the first day of the 2nd week (Monday) every month with a professional company. We will kindly need access to all units in order to perform this service. Prior notice will be sent when this service will be performed. The treatment is odorless and non-toxic to humans. NOTE: Windows may be sealed/blocked and as a precautionary measure we recommend maintaining them closed if not screened, along with keeping doors closed to decrease chances of outsider insects from accessing units. An online "terms & conditions" form separate from Airbnb must be signed before check-in in which you have to send a copy of your ID. This is our virtual registration form. The furniture is worn down and the bed was very wobbly and held together with some wood screws not furniture screws. We messaged the host about the place because it appeared it onlu had room to sleep 4 and dodnt have a sofa bed. The reply was ..You booked a 1 bedroom and it sleeps 4... well the listing clearly states it sleeps 6\. (Later after I checked out early...with a video reply the showed the sofa had some very unusual way to open. That would have been very nice to know BEFORE the inaccurate comment). The televisions did not work. The first story tenants were very loud put side all night. The windows were so thin we heard every conversation they had on theor porches. As you can tell I am not at all happy about this visit. They did not respond in a helpful manner when I brought up the sleeping concern. Then refused to refund the night I did not stay. We are mich more comfortable in Hollywood beach. Staying on the beach for the same ammpunt. ##### Amber E. It is clean and decently well stocked, and walking distance to the beach, Publix, two waterfront restaurants and two water taxi stops. The furniture is older and has seen better days, but it was comfortable enough for the time we used it. The kitchen could use a few more cooking tools (sharp knives, pots and pans), but it worked for a short stay. The host company was responsive via text as needed. Once I figured out the laundry app, it was helpful to wash our "return to cold weather" clothes so we could travel light. There is a little shortcut right across the street to get to the lift bridge and over the Intracoastal to the beach! ##### Christine P.
