The residents sharing the duplex smoke some really strong weed - this was a negative for us, but could be a positive for someone else.The pictures in the entire rental are hung by only thumbtacks and one crashed down on my son’s head in the middle of the night.The patio furniture has black mold all over it- so was not an option to use the back deck.Inside- pictures were accurate.
