This spacious and comfortable 3BR, 2BA house is conveniently located close to downtown, Las Olas, and the Beach. Our home is perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone looking for a relaxing vacation in sunny Florida. The house features a large and inviting pool area with plenty of lounging space and outdoor dining options. You can spend your days swimming in the pool or soaking up the sun on one of the comfortable poolside chairs. The Space: Inside, the house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The living room is cozy and perfect for movie nights, while the dining area and kitchen are great for preparing and enjoying meals together. All three bedrooms are spacious and well-appointed, with comfortable beds and plenty of closet space. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom for added privacy and convenience. They told me it was a new program they are using. they found us another place a few streets down. Lots of back and forth with the property manager to ensure we got the same experience we paid for months in advanced. Lots of things were provided at the location we paid for and the other didn’t but with firm expectations, property manager was able to remedy the situation. The new house decor was cute but looking deeper into the house it had brown in the title grout, chairs outside were broken, water drainage was poor outside so a lot of mosquitoes. Also, a camera facing the pool which made us uncomfortable. Overall, i appreciate the property manager trying to remedy the situation but wish we were able to stay at the Vrbo we booked and paid for months in advanced. ##### Maria C. I can’t say enough good things about the host. I had some questions upon arrival and she was very quick to respond . The location is perfect. The beach was just a short drive away - and for the days there weren’t excursions planned, the back yard pool was a relaxing area to hang out. I stayed with my husband and three adult children, we all found the property to have plenty of room and everyone enjoyed their own TV in their bedrooms.
