On the positives. The Owner had good communication and was very accommodating. The neighborhood is very pleasant.Items for improvement are:Repairing the cracks on the tiles to avoid future renters from getting cut like we did.Clarifying on listing if there will be additional charges for use of pool heater. Providing regular size spoons. It was hard to eat cereal with the small dessert spoons.Lastly provide enough plates for the guests.
