Close to the I95 and about of other stuff including the Hard Rock. - AC was amazing - Backyard was a nice view (wasn’t the cleanest to sit outside on the deck) - Beds were pretty comfy - Rooms were spacious. - Lots of room in the house for 4-6 people - Wifi was great. Improvement: - toilet seat in master was broken and couldn’t use that toilet for a group of 4\. Host got a plumber out but he didn’t fix it and host didn’t do anything to fix it while we were there. Not good - The bathtubs are in AWFUL condition. The tubs are peeling and weren’t clean - Water is slow to go down the drain - The closets in the master was full of junk - Cabinets in the kitchen were broken - Ice maker in the freezer is broken - Dishwasher wasn’t usable because it wasn’t installed correct - Lacking utensils - deep clean needed -the vents were black and full of dust - Outdoor light by the door was blown - The front yard was overgrown with grass and weeds - Wall paper in the master was peeling off the wall - Hair was found on the bedsheets - brought all this to the host, she didn’t have any urgency to make it right While the place was fine for the couple days we were there, beware of this place because the photos look NOTHING like the condition it’s currently in. If you don’t mind any of the things I’ve listed that needs improvement, then it was an ok place to stay. If these upgrades ever get made, this place will be great to stay.
