Getting Around: ● From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. ● From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take an Uber or rent a car at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. We got there about noon time and the reception desk did not receive the information we sent to Stay Sol the day before so we had to wait half an hour in the lobby before they receive it. Then, we asked if the room was ready and Stay Sol told the reception desk that “early check in” was available for $50 … which meant that the room was ready but they wanted a few dollars more from us…we were there for a full week ($$$) so we felt that it was pretty cheap to leave us waiting in the lobby for 3 hours because they wanted an extra $50 which we decline to pay Three hours later, we finally get access to our room. It was clean and confortable. Our neighbours were talking very loud (not that they were partying or anything but just talking loud) until 4am…the first 2 nights. Not pleasant at all! In addition, we were on S Ocean drive side (3rd floor) and there is a LOT of noise coming from the street. On a positive note, the roller shade chain of the patio door broke on the second or third day of our stay and we sent an email early morning to advise them and when we came back late afternoon, they had send someone over to repair it. We thought they were very good responding to that complain ##### Roger G. Easy to get to and from the airport. Right on the beach. There are some really good restaurants within walking distance. There are a couple of convenient style grocery stores and beverage stores close by. It was nice to have 2 beach chairs included (go early to get them especially on the weekends). The pool area is nice too although they need more umbrellas available. The negatives are: The room was filthy! When we checked in I took a quick shower. One walk through the room and the bottom of my feet were covered in dirt. The shower curtain was moldy and gross too. There was tons of sand all over the room’s floor. Check in is super inconvenient if your flight arrives in the morning. Check in is at 3pm and there is no place to check your luggage. At least they let us go to the pool area where we could sit and wait for several hours for our room. There was supposed to be a bar by the pool. It was not open at all. The bedding was awful too. The corners on the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed. The balcony has only one crappy chair on it and the balcony was filthy too. Overall the value just wasn’t there. Too much money for what you get! Everything was exactly as listed. The view was awesome from our balcony. We stayed in the one bedroom studio, which was just fine because there are so many things to do there. It's a one minute walk to the beach, many restaurants and bars in short walking distance. I can't rave enough about the location and fun my wife and I had on this trip. My only complaint is that the roof top bar and restaurant was closed. Not really sure why. It would have made the stay much nicer to have that open. We improvised and just brought our own drinks to the roof top. The roof top pool, hot tub, and lounge area are gorgeous with amazing views. I highly recommend staying here as it's centrally located on the broadwalk. I really don't get the negative reviews. The place was very clean and very nice. ##### Steve K.
