A very well decorated, comfortable and very clean place. The pool overlooking the river is also an important plus. It is one street away from the beach and very close to bars and restaurants. We really enjoyed the pool chairs that overlooked the water. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed! Perfect location close to shops, restaurants, bars, and the beach. We all said we wished we could have spent more time at the condo. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the boats. The other residents were very friendly and inviting. The owner was pleasant and very quick and easy to communicate with. It was centrally located, one block from Fort Lauderdale Beach with beaches, restaurants and bars all within a short walk. The condo had more than enough space for the 3 of us and everything was clean and well maintained. The kitchen was a squeeze for more than one person but it had all the items we needed for our stay. We spent a ton of time relaxing on the balcony which faces south and is on the intercoastal waterway with boats / yachts passing by all the time. The property grounds are very well maintained and all the pool chairs and lounges were sprayed off by staff every morning so it was easy to sit poolside/dockside when we wanted to leave the condo but not go to the beach. The accommodations were just as pictured and expected, if not better: clean, comfortable, and nicely accommodated. The location was perfect for short walks to the ocean/beach, fine restaurants, and casual dining, so no worries about finding parking. Aside from vrbo and Jeff Walker Vacations, there is another group called guesty in the middle. We were given the wrong door code, called guesty and got the right code.
