The condo is set back just one block from famed Fort Lauderdale Beach, while the back side of the building and all its amenities have expansive Intracoastal waterway views. Laying by the pool and watching Fort Lauderdale's Mega Yachts drive by or sparkling sunsets over the water is reason enough to book this incredible property. Grilling is prohibited anywhere on the property, their are no designated areas for that on the property. \*EARLY CHECK IN & LATE CHECK OUT are based on availability and can be requested 24-48 hours prior to arrival/ departure. There is a fee of $100 plus tax for each. Guest Access: Guest have access to the entire condo, and amenities. Pool Hours are from 7am until dusk. Great location and the owner did a fabulous job decorating the unit. The art work and decor were unlike any unit of this size I have stayed in. In my option you cannot beat the location, its quite but close to all of the best restaurants and cafes. The pool area along the ICW was never busy and I was able to work from there many afternoons. The unit is easy to get too, almost too easy since it is the only one not behind the main gate and directly off of the parking lot. But, that did make it easy if you have a bike and it was never noisy. The carpet and furniture did have some wear and it showed they had been loved a lot, but everything was very clean. I found the unit a little dark and missing some natural light due to its location, but this might not bother anyone that is not trying to work from the space. The bit was equipped with everything you could possibility need... Umbrellas, beach chairs, lot so of towels, and even a laundry on the second floor. Overall, I felt this was worth the money and would consider it for next year. ##### Marc N. This was a true treat of a stay for me. I honestly think my best trip ever to Florida and I’ve made quite a few. This studio is well equipped and decorated too. Furniture all high quality. Just 2 blocks to the beach. Chairs, umbrellas and beach towels all right in the closet to take. Even a cooler for cold beverages. Jeff Walker and team are so responsive. The condo itself is located at the front of the property just off the parking are. I knew there wasn’t a view but the physical location was somewhat of a surprise. Das Appartement war sehr schön, und funktional eingerichtet. Sauberkeit war super, die Anlage auch sehr schön und ruhig. Die Küche hatte auch alles was man brauchte.
