Très bien pour le nombre étoile. Grande chambre. Lit confortable. Le seul bémol pour ma vue océan (loin de l’océan mais voit le port), c’est que la rue est bruyante. La piscine est très belle. Le resto de l’hôtel est très bien. De 17h à 18h30, ils y servent des bouchées gratuites et des consommations alcoolisées gratuites!

its location a big plus, central to some shopping and generally the property is well kept. However I was a bit disappointed the an ironing board was not in my room # 729.Apart from that I was please.

Great pool and bar, outside seating area. Turned up the Kentucky Derby for us to watch. Good cocktail hour! Snacks, free drinks. Beautiful lagoon, waterfalls. We will stay here again!

The property is very old and the general areas are in desperate need of repairs. The rooms smelled moldy and damp. The carpets and curtains need replacement.

Hicieron reparaciones con mucho ruido un domingo q las 8;00 a.m., encima de la habitación con ruido intolerable sin parar. La atención del front desk fue muy mala en respuesta a la situación. Deseo mi dinero de regreso por favor. Uno paga este tipo de hoteles para descanso confortable no para pasar trabajo un domingo en la mañana.

This property looks nothing like the photos. It’s dark and dimly lit. The rooms are super old and everything looks run down. Our room had a horrible damp smell so we checked out that same evening and booked a different property. This hotel should be fined for false advertising. The difference between the photos and how this property actually looks is astounding.

Both rooms i rented housekeeping was terrible.. my shower was covered with hair before I used it. The second room my son found a pill on the found under the side of the bed and our 2 year old grandsons feet were black from walking on the carpets. The front desk was wonderful though.

The room was not what I saw when picking this location. The bathroom was not properly clean there was hair every where. The pictures on line was not what I saw when I arrived at the hotel. I was very disappointed

We have been coming this hotel for over 7 years at least 4 times per year. . We come for 2 reasons. The pool which is amazing and bartender/waitress Elizabeth Chmura from the ESpot. Elizabeth is always very attentive and goes way beyond to give us the best experience possible. Thank goodness they are finally renovating the hotel!! We can not wait to experience the new rooms and to see Elizabeth again!!

Everything about the property was great except for the rooms and staff. The first thing that I noticed when I walked in the room was a horrible smell! it was extremely musty and just had a weird pungent odor. There were four ppl in the room, we had enough beds bc the couch turned into a bed. We opened up the couch for our daughter and immediately closed it! The mattress that was in it looked like it was from the 70s and had God only knows what kind of stains all over it there were crumbs all in the sheets. It’s was so disgusting. There were no towels so we asked a housekeeper for some but she acted like I had five heads and didn’t know what a towel was, fine. I called the front desk and asked for some towels, he assured he would bring some up right away and never did! The pool is beautiful, but we kept getting a terrible smell of raw sewage the whole time we were out near the pool. Our room was also on the side of the main intersection so we heard extremely loud vehicles nonstop all night long! Got no sleep. The lady in the gift shop was super sweet and welcoming!
