This is a nice little place for a single or couple. Neighborhood has a couple small parks nearby within walking distance. The grocery stores and restaurants are little further out. It was quite, and no issues. Watch out for lizards and bugs as this is Florida. They do hang out outside. Oh finding this place is little more tricky. Pay attention to the address numbers and you will find it.
