WE ARE DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH! A FULL KITCHEN , HEATED POOL STEPS DOWN TO THE BEACH, FREE PARKING IN FRONT, ELEVATOR! **Vrbo calls the cleaning charge a "host fee" which should be listed as the cleaning charge.

ATLANTIC TERRACE POMPANO BEACH is a Smaller & more private! 4 story complex. We have Free on site parking next to the building, heated pool, our own private beach area with tables, chairs, loungers, umbrellas, and 2 grills.

CHECKIN 4PM CHECKOUT 11AM THESE TIMES ARE STRICT DUE TO GUESTS LEAVING & ARRIVING THE SAME DAY

All units have full kitchens! Each unit has beach chairs, beach towels, & umbrella.s Plus many other amenities! We are located at 3401 N.E.10th St. Pompano Beach 33062 We are sorry, but we do not accept pets.

This 400 sq.ft open floor plan condo is on the 2nd floor. It has a nice view down the coastline. It sleeps 3 adults comfortably, or 2 adults & 2 small children. It has a queen size Serta memory foam mattress on a very nice murphy bed unit. There is also a full size futon/sofa sleeper with all linens provided. We have wifi cable .
A more private, smaller complex with everything you need for the perfect stay on the beach!
Our units are Very clean & well kept. Imagine it as a large hotel room with a full kitchen including coffee maker, blender, toaster & cooking utensils. We also provide beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, & hairdryer & iron/board.


We have rented our condos through VRBO/HomeAway for over 15 years now and have provided excellent service to our renters. Please see our excellent reviews on all of our condos.

This RIGHT ON THE BEACH COMPLEX has many reasons why our guests keep coming back! The condo itself is beach theme decorated & has just about everything you need for a spectacular stay!
Sit & enjoy your coffee in the morning while sitting at the kitchen table, looking down the beautiful coastline of Pompano Beach.
Your parking space is right in front of the building, right by the elevator and most importantly, the pictures of this condo are exactly as the way it looks! We take extra measures offering you a very clean and sanitized unit.

Many of our guests are return renters, because they love it here at Atlantic Terrace! We hope you stay with us, because we know if you do, you will want to come back again!

Atlantic Terrace is a more private complex. We DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES or visitor gatherings at our pool or private beach area. All units are non smoking.

There are no additional parking spaces available for visitors. Each condo only has 1 parking space in front of building. The pool & our private beach area are for our guests only.

Great place
This property was just what we needed. Great lil condo. We had a minor issue with parking when we arrived but our host Terri was quick to get it straightened out. And yes there was a bit a noise from the construction going on next door but didn't affect our stay in any way. Great communication. Very nice and clean. Definitely recommend.

Great location and cozy place
The location is great, right at the beach and close to the shops and restaurants. The easy access was really helpful as our flight was late. The place is very cozy and clean although it is quite small but enough for a couple. But apparently it is some pest issue in the building which hopefully will be resolved soon. The host was very friendly and helpful. Overall we have enjoyed our stay a lot!

Beautiful location..right on beach..lovely pool.. outdoor umbrellas need replacing..unit was ok.. definitely needs to be updated.. needs more electrical outlets. Was uncomfortable using extension cords!..a safety bar in shower is needed...please get rid of brown towels (yuk)!.. Murphy bed takes up whole place..get rid of? Much needed lighting needed... With a little paint and updates this would be perfect..out with the old in with some new and fresher decor..

This property is really small for a family. Bathroom is tiny. No ocean view since it is middle unit. Microwave is broken. No dishwasher. Common laundry with 4 quarters. And price is high since it is on the beach. I would stay in Marriott next door with better service.

Exceptional Getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, had the perfect amenities (thank you, coffee), and was the perfect quiet getaway to escape the northern weather. Terri and her husband were on site and were so welcoming. We are already looking forward to planning another getaway.
