The apartment is tastefully furnished, featuring a cozy living space. close to local cafés, beachside bars, and scenic coastal walks. This apartment has everything you need for an unforgettable getaway! SMOKING: All of our units are completely non-smoking!!!! This includes the use of cigarettes, marijuana and/or vaping! We do not permit smoking in or around the property grounds. If you wish to smoke you will have to exit the property and do so with a minimum distance of 20 feet to any entrance, exit, or operable windows. ANY VIOLATION of this rule will result in a minimum fine of $250 or the maximum allowed by Airbnb. This includes any evidence of tampering with the smoke detectors which may be monitored remotely. PARTIES: This is a residential property so we ask that you please respect the property as if it was your home. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property at all times. Parties and loud noise are strictly prohibited. It’s like sleeping in a hole!The tv remotes weren’t working. Had to buy batteries. The bar stools at the counter are so high you can’t get your legs under to eat.
