Immerse yourself in nearby attractions, unwind by the shore, and craft enduring memories in this cozy retreat  
  
➜ Beach essentials provided (1 beach umbrella, 2 beach chairs, & 1 small cooler)  
➜ A portable heater can be provided upon request  
➜ Less than 1 block from the beach and the Hollywood boardwalk!   
➜ Approx. 280 ft² / 26 m² of space  
➜ High-speed internet available  
➜ Shared amenities include access to a courtyard and a BBQ area  
➜ Smart TV from which you can access your Netflix or YouTube  
➜ Sleeping area features a Queen size bed and a Twin-size futon for one person  
➜ Clean and sanitized full bathroom with Shower  
➜ Full sets of hotel quality sheets and duvets for the beds and enough towels.  
➜ Kitchenette equipped with appliances including a fridge, microwave, and coffee machine.  
  
IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:  
Toilet paper, garbage bags and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest\`s responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.  
  
➤Guests will also enjoy shared amenities like a courtyard and BBQ area in addition to access to the entire unit.  
  
➤We have a Pack \`n Play and a highchair available in the office, which we are happy to provide to guests upon request.  
  
➤Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. In the event that all spaces are occupied, guests are responsible for securing paid parking or utilizing street parking at their own risk.  
  
I will be your personal concierge for your stay. If you have any questions, you’re lost, or just need some great recommendations, I’ll be there for you around the clock.  
  
Ocean Drive in Hollywood captures the essence of coastal living, featuring a vibrant neighborhood with a harmonious mix of sunshine, seaside allure, and urban vitality. Immerse yourself in the laid-back ambiance as you discover local shops, relish diverse culinary experiences, and admire the stunning ocean views. With the Hollywood Boardwalk mere moments away, residents can embrace the lively atmosphere and coastal charm of this sought-after community. N. Ocean Drive presents a coastal lifestyle, making each day feel like a delightful beachside retreat.  
  
This location is a Walker’s Paradise so daily errands do not require a car.  
  
➤ The property is equipped with air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.  
  
➤ Unfortunately, we can’t offer bag drop off. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.  
  
➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.

1\. Please contact us via Airbnb messenger for any questions.  
  
2\. Smoking of any kind is strictly prohibited in the property, including the balcony if there is one. ($400 fine for smoke odour removal)  
  
3\. Please be cautious of noise, especially after 9pm. Noise complaints are not tolerated and may result in full deposit charges. You may be asked to leave with no refund.  
  
4\. No additional guests are allowed in the home past the indicated number on your booking confirmation. This rule is to prevent large gatherings & parties and be fair to guests who do pay the extra fees. Third party bookings are not allowed.  
  
5\. The property must be maintained in good condition with no excessive mess. Extra cleaning costs may apply if necessary so we can effectively prepare for next guests.  
  
6\. Please note check-out time is by 11am and keys must be placed as instructed. We can often accommodate late check-outs if we know in advance, but last minute changes may result in $50 charge per each additional half hour stayed.   
  
7\. All bookings require the ID of all individuals staying and the disclosure of the full names of all guests. This is non-negotiable as it is required for registering guests at the building.  
  
8\. If the requested registration information is not received by at least 48 hours prior to check in and for last minute bookings hassle free check in cannot be guaranteed and no refunds will be given for check in issues.  
  
9\. Lost keys/fob is a $300 fee to reimburse time, parts, labour, and administration involved.
