Needed a place for a couple of nights. Side view of the ocean, very updated. Did not have a car but everything was walking distance. The place had a great tiki bar and we were able to rent beach chairs and umbrella for the day. The owner was very communicative the day before. The only hiccup was the front desk seemed confused when we arrived and had no clue we were coming. But it was professionally handled and it was all good. So there are a few plumbing quirks as expected for a building of this age. Can’t get better access to the beach than this. And having a bar/restaurant beachside is a great convenience. But the area is geared to a young party type crowd. The halls are busy/loud at all hours. And many people are looking for that atmosphere. Just keep that in mind. We were very pleased with the room and the hotel overall. It is a bit of an older hotel but very well maintained but the room has been completely renovated and is modern.
