It was very quiet other than the planes flying overhead (airbase for private planes nearby) and in a great location close to the beach (20-25 min walk or 5 min drive) where there are many new waterfront restaurants.The pompano beach community park is a 2 min drive or 10 min walk and there are 2 golf courses, a dog park, & tennis/pickleball/basketball courts.
