Ocean is about a mile away. Easy access to I95 and airport. Enjoyed the covered patio near the canal for outside meals. There is a full kitchen despite the tiny size. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom tiny but sufficient. I was there to work and should have realized from the pictures that there was no table or desk. Only a counter with stools but I made it work. There was an issue with no hot water but the maintenance staff fixed it for me. There was no verification by management that the issue was fixed. The maintenance manager came in person on day 3 and witnessed the issue, and had a plumber come on day 4\. I was offered a partial credit for the problem, but this was not done despite multiple messages through VRBO and texts to the manager, after my trip.
