We had such a great time at this house! The listing is just as described. The outdoor area and views are incredible. The house was very nice and clean.The kitchen is VERY well stocked. I also loved the added extras of having things like salt, pepper, some spices. They had some coffee, tea and sugar stocked. They leave you a snack and some goodies on the counter for when you arrive which was a very nice touch. They have beach chairs and a wagon to take to the beach. Beach towels are provided. The upstairs has 2 bedrooms that are very spacious with a bed, a pull out couch bed, a bathroom and a kitchenette. With access to a very nice upstairs patio. The downstairs has a normal master bedroom with attached bathroom. The other downstairs room was the only thing I didn't love. It is very small. It doesn't have a closet or dresser. It also has the door that leads to the driveway from the kitchen. And the laundry room is in a closet in here. So it ends up being a room with traffic going through it. It runs very hot in this room. Would probably be fine for kids, but not for an adult. Overall loved our stay here and would definitely use again! ##### Misty S. Séjour de 3 nuits en mars 2025 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Michelle G. 2 août 2024 Points faibles : Propreté #### Disappointed When we entered the property it was hot due to the A/C being off and the home smelled like mold/mildew for the same reason. Found the master bedroom toilet dirty with oily stains. Different lights inside the house were out in the kitchen and restrooms. Instructions labeled around the house for functioning of the lights or other electrical things were faded out and hard to read.The iron was not working and we had to buy one. On the second day of our stay the air filter cover came off and saw that the filter was extremely dirty. The last night of our stay, the a/c unit in the upstairs bedroom started leaking water so we had to turn it off and rearrange sleeping accommodations for my children. The garbage and recycling bins were up to capacity from previous stays that were not taken out by the other guests. I will say that the location of the home being across the street from the beach was the only good thing about the property. Overall the property lacked up-keeping of maintenance and cleanliness. . ##### Michelle G.
