It's located in a safe neighborhood, 1 block from the beach! This ground floor unit is one of four smaller ground level units on the property. (no one above you). It has a king bed, sectional sofa and a large living room. Fully furnished, clean, cute, newly remodeled, one bedroom, one bathroom, ground-floor condo with central air conditioning and stackable washer and dryer. It has a remodeled full- size kitchen with a full-size stainless steel refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave. It has everything you will need; pots, pans, dishes, coffeemaker, toaster, dish towels, soaps, beach/bath towels (4 of each), beach chairs, There is also a picnic area, just a few steps outside, with gas BBQ grills so you can enjoy cooking the fresh fish you just cought. Has high speed internet and cable with a 42 inch flat screen TV. Our professional cleaners take there time and thoroughly clean each unit between guest. This including but not limited to washing all liens, disinfecting all hard services, door knobs, scrubbing appliances, kitchenware, dishes and bathrooms. As well as, changing filters and running commercial Ozone machines when necessary . Access to the unit is not given until the unit is clean. Dan is a phenomenal host that has his place decked out for you when you arrive. You’re not going to need any supplies because he’s already thought of it and provided it. The place is clean, functional and bigger than the pics depict, both the fully kitchen and bedroom are larger than expected. The unit is located essentially across the street from the beach. Just bring your beach chair, bag, book, drinks and enjoy the beach. There are a ton of restaurants within an easy driving or uber distance. In a few minutes you’re in Deerfield Beach to the north or Fort a Lauderdale to the south. Although there were other guests in the complex, I never had anything but peace and quiet. Seriously the place could not have been any better. We’ll be back and recommend that if you’re considering a place in Pompano Beach, Dans’s place is a MUST, stop looking. You’ve arrived!! This. Is. Everything that we needed was available at the home. Very clean and comfortable. Beach was less than a 5 minute walk for us. Beach chairs were provided at the home. Kitchen utensils and appliances were very good and clean. Dan was very prompt in providing us the information required to get ourselves checked in using the lock box. The area was in a quite residential neighborhood but very close to dining and public park. There is a Publix nearby to buy groceries at. What a nice cute place to stay! size of the apartment was perfect and it was very clean. Outside of the building was very clean as well. Area was nice and quiet. We travel with our dogs and this unit worked out very well for us and our pets. Dan the owner puts effort into keeping the location in good condition. He was also helpful when my phone would not allow the HomeAway app to download information. We would come back to this location again.
