The floors were never mopped and they were really dirty. Loud noises in front of door until 3 am. People from bar on commercial were coming over yelling. Pool area was dirty. Not enough covers, towels for the five people that were staying. The couch which made into daybed was extremely uncomfortable. The pillows were uncomfortable. Asked for more blankets that never came. The stove top was not heating up properly. The locks on door were not safe. In all we were not happy with our stay. My two granddaughters wanted to go home after they saw and experienced the place. It was suppose to be fun for them.

Das Zimmer sah nicht wie auf den Fotos im Inserat aus und war sehr dreckig. Zudem funktionierte der Toaster nicht. LOWKL war zwar kommunikativ, jedoch erfolgte eine ungründliche Zweitreinigung erst kurz vor Abreise.

The place was nice and clean. The pull-out sofa was hard to sleep on and the bed mattress was hard but it was just for one night. Very clean. I would come again if I had fewer people.

We stayed for a week in January. Location is convenient and property is clean. Communication with staff was great. Apartment was spacious, supplied with lots of towels, kitchen pots and pans, bathroom soaps etc. Would stay here again!

I have stayed with LOWKL at another property in this area and had a great experience, however, this property was a different story. The unit is extremely outdated and in need of repair. The walls are filthy, air conditioner was not cooling, master bath drain was clogged full of hair and not draining, and the stove displayed an error message. This unit has a lot of potential with a convenient location and plenty of space, however, they really need to invest a little for updating, renovations, and repairs. I was disappointed with my stay. LOWKL is great at communicating, and would likely choose to stay with them again at a different property. Hopefully, this time it was just a miss!

Don't stay here!! Outside the house, sludge trucks come around the clock and stand idle so you can't sleep. When we lived there, the neighbor on the floor above us had a water leak. Water was pouring down through the roof into our apartment. All the clothes that were hanging in the wardrobe got wet and two suitcases that were on the floor and which we started packing got wet. Water all over the bedroom floor, hallway and into the living room. We contacted the landlord who sent staff to stop the leak but they did nothing to stop the water in our apartment. We had to mop and take care of the water ourselves. When we then checked out, the clothes and suitcase were still wet and we had to check them in like that for the journey home. The landlord refuses to give compensation for our wet clothes, suitcase or our work to take care of all the water.

Ive stayed here 5 times, no issues. The property is clean and is in a good location. The communication from the staff is very responsive. I will definitely stay here again.

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit for five nights, and had no issues. The apartment was very clean, there were plenty of towels, free soap, and plenty of dishes, pots and pans. The beds were a bit noisy (metal frames), but very comfortable. We loved the area, lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We would definitely stay there again.

I have stayed here a few times, I like the two bedroom two bathroom apartment. It’s in a good area, walking distance to the beach, downtown Lauderdale by the sea and many other places. The communication, when there’s an issue is very good. I’ve had a few issues, but nothing major and the response was very satisfactory and the issues were resolved timely so there’s no issues there. Most of the units are updated but some of them do need to be updated even more, especially The kitchens and the master bathrooms. Hopefully they will do that. Overall I will stay again as I’ve stayed here several times already.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We had the worst experience with this place. We checked in the place was dirty- the beds were broken. We ended up buying a bottle of bleach as they would not do anymore cleaning then a quick floor wash. The elevator did not work the entire time and we were woken up every day by the construction. There was garbage thrown all over. We had to fight with them to be given a change of sheets. The units are NOT properly stocked- very basic. The bathrooms are gross and have mold in the showers, the walls are beat up and missing paint. The wifi and TV did not work for a good portion of our stay. There are exposed electrical boxes around the pool which is also dirty and very cold. We found mails and screws at the bottom of the pool. Check in was a nightmare not only for us but for many other people- they are not clear when you book about how to check in- many people could not access there units as the pin pads do not work.Paid laundry is joke as you have to buy a prepaid card for an amount that is way more then you need. It is located on a very LOUD corner- do yourself a favor and stay closer to the beach. Do not give these people your money!! I wish I could add pictures to show you just how bad it is at this place.

Nice place the apartment was big. There was good parking. The management staff was easy to reach, check in and check out was really easy. There was also a washer and dryer on each floor so we were even able to wash our clothes before we checked out. I would stay here again.

I have stayed here three times. The units I have stayed in have been updated and clean. The parking is very easy, and the communication is good when I had very minor issues. The place tends to be noisy in the evening and in the morning but overall, it is a good property, and I will continue to stay there.

The lights work on a remote and must be comparable with other lights in the units and turned on and off themselves. A few times at 1am and other ungodly hours. They came and fixed this but it took several visits to straighten this out. Meanwhile, the lights were turning on and off by themselves at all hours. This was a huge issue for me. They refunded me a small amount of money for my troubles. The washing machine and dryer use an app but it is not clear in the laundry room, because there is also a card machine that gives you a card to use for the washer and dryer. The card machine is no longer compatible, but the app is. But it was not clear so I wasted my money on the machine that didn’t work. They said they would get my money back but they did not. I dispute it with American Express and I got the money back. The beds were very uncomfortable. They squeezed every time I moved! I finally took the mattress off the squeaky frame and saw that every screw was loose! It was amazing that the bed didn’t break with me on it! (I am pregnant and pretty heavy right now) anyway. I Spent the rest of the time on the mattress on the floor. I was only compensated a small amount of money. $100. Considering I stayed 10 days and 6 of them were pretty bad, $100 didn’t make a dent in the overall cost. I won’t stay here again even though it was a nice location. The one good thing was the pool. It was awesome having a pool right out front.

Great place
Large unit, very clean, 15 min walk to the beach. All perfect. Had minor issue with door code and they sent someone right away. These guys are good at their job.

I reserved 2 units with 2 rooms. It was supposed to have 2 queens beds in each room but I have the unit with 1 king bed in one room and the other room has 2 queen beds. The unit was ok but need to be upgraded. The fridge of 1 unit has extremely loud noise. I though it was the motor of the AC was running but no, the noise came from the fridge 24 hours. The bed didn’t have the middle support that every time you move you hear the big crack. The 2nd unit, was better but the bathroom in the master bathroom was clogged and the drain was rusty. The stove has burning smoke came out from oven even though we don’t use the oven. We use only the top burner. I think it is dangerous to leave that stove in the apartment because it may cause fire. We stop using the stove. We use the stove from the other unit to make breakfast. The swimming pool was ok on the first few days but nobody clean and the color of the pool change from blue to green. We stop going to the pool after few days. We saw someone came 1 day to clean the pool. The water is turning back to blue but we stop using the pool. The location was good, have a lot of restaurants near by. It is walkable to the beach if you don’t mind the heat. We enjoyed the beach. The water was very clear that you can see the fish swimming around you. The sand was very good. For the price we paid, we cannot expect more. I love the area but won’t rent the space again unless they improve the apartments.

Overall it was a very affordable place to stay for the week. Little things like having to go buy coffee filters and garbage bags and dish washer soap would have been nice to have Onsight even for a nominal charge. Door lock was finicky as the battery was dying but otherwise, we would definitely come back

It was very nice, I will stay again but the laundry did not work and the number to call offered no assistance. But over the apartment was very nice, in a good location, and it was quite. I have already referred people there.

Mixed experience at Bayview Regency...
My recent stay at Bayview Regency had both positive and negative aspects. The property was charming, but there were areas needing improvement. The non-functional coffee maker wasn't fixed despite contacting the owner. The provided amenities, such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, and body wash, were of low quality. Upgrading these items would enhance the guest experience. The uncomfortable mattresses (very low quality) impacted our sleep. Better-quality mattresses would ensure a restful night's sleep for future guests. We were not granted an early check-in or a later check-out time, even with the unresolved coffee maker issue. Greater flexibility in accommodating such requests would be appreciated. Lastly, the kitchen lacked essential utensils like sharp knives. Ensuring the kitchen is fully stocked would improve the convenience for future guests. In conclusion, our stay at Bayview Regency was fine overall, but there's room for improvement. Addressing these issues would make the property a more attractive option for travelers.
