Welcome to Villa Bella, Deerfield Beach's newest listing. Easy beach access just 2 blocks away. 15-minute walk to shops and restaurants in Deerfield beach.
There is a large living area with sliders to a private patio with a table, chairs, and BBQ grill. There is also a spectacular community pool.

If you have concerns about booking due to Covid 19, please check out the company Rental Guardian or CSA travel, look for "cancel for any reason" trip insurance as this is the only policy that may cover Covid 19. To purchase travel insurance at a nominal fee you will have to purchase within 24 hours of booking. This beautiful unit is well-equipped, comfortable, and convenient to the beach. Just down the boardwalk are great restaurants - anything you want to eat from seafood to burgers, pizza to ice cream. Grocery shopping is also nearby. The management was extremely helpful and friendly. We loved our stay!

This property exceeded our expectations! It was absolutely as wonderful as the pictures, with tons of amenities to help make our stay easy. The management communicated with us regularly to check in to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We found the Villa to be clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. Agent was very available and texted often. Only comment was if you have young kids or elderly there are a lot of stairs. But we would definitely stay here again.

The overall stay here was excellent. Communication was super easy. They were most responsive when we requested beach chairs and umbrellas. Showed up that same day. Wonderful touch. Unit is exactly as pictured. Easy walk to a guarded beach which is beautiful. Highly recommend this property.

Great Condo By the Beach
We were very happy with this condo. Everything is well kept and updated and the communication with the management team is excellent. The place definitely lived up to and surpassed the pics. Very short 2 block walk to the beach and all the kitchen essentials and beach essentials are there for your use. Washer /dryer also in unit which is a great plus along with beach towels . We will be sure to recommend to our friends and family staying in the area. Great location. Close to the restaurants and shops in Deerfield as well.

We really liked staying at this house. It was really open and comfortable. We cooked a lot in the kitchen and grill outside, and we had everything we needed. The beds and bathrooms were clean and spacious. The only thing we would have liked is more light outside by the table for eating.

Lovely Home in Deerfield Beach
This was a lovely home about 2 blocks from Deerfield Beach. Clean home with many amenities. The home was close to a variety of restaurants. Publix supermarket not far away. You could see the intracostal waterway from the upstairs bedroom. Bed very comfortable. Great walk in showers with double sinks in bathroom. The only downside to this home would be for someone with mobility issues. There are stairs from the living room to the kitchen & from kitchen to bedrooms.
