If you catch the odd rainy day, inside we have Smart TVs in each bedroom, board games and a Pac-man Arcade Machine with over 5 game modes.

Absolutely no events or parties allowed. There are exterior cameras surrounding the house as well as noise level detectors in and outside of the property.

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

*Pool heater on request 48 hours in advance. $30 a day upcharge. Will only heat 20°F hotter than outside.

Maintenance visits twice a week to clean the pool. There may be occasional leaves in the pool that fall in as the pool is open to the outdoors.

To maintain a safe and enjoyable stay, fees will apply for violations of key house rules:

Smoking Indoors: $500 for any smoking evidence inside.
Noise Disturbances: $300 per incident for excessive noise.
Unauthorized Late Check Out - $100 for checkout beyond the agreed time without prior approval.
Unauthorized Events/Extra Guests: $400 if guest count exceeds booking or for unapproved gatherings.
Pool Misuse: $200 for violations, including the use of pool equipment without informing the host.
Improper Parking: $150 for unauthorized or obstructive parking.
Pet Fee: $100 per pet.
