Hôtel est situé près de l'aéroport et facile d'accès. Notre check-in et check-out ont été rapides et efficaces. Chambre spacieuse et bien équipée. Très bon service de la part des employés. Bonne carte de repas pour le lunch et souper ainsi qu'un excellent déjeuner. Situé près d'un centre de magasins. C'était notre 2ième visite à cet établissement.

Hôtel tout neuf avec de belles prestations. Le personnel est gentil et à l’écoute. Une belle piscine et salle de sport . Tout cela à côté des restaurants et magasins de Dania pointe. Plusieurs fois que je viens dans cet hotel ,il faudrait régler le problème des alarmes incendies intempestives.

Room spacious and clean. The only know before you go would be the lack of room service so you would have to order out or go out for food or drinks. I believe just for this I would stay on the Marriott side next time. Overall good and very nice front desk staff.

We arrived at the hotel and had check in online the day prior. The manager on duty tried to give us a room that was less than what we paid for. She claimed they are first come service hotel. She wanted to give us a handicap room. Then offered two double beds. We paid for a king room. We paid $349.00 for one night. She said the hotel was sold out. It wasn’t until I got upset. She found our room we originally paid for. This hotel is shady and horrible customer service. She was trying to hold our room for a higher rate to another customer. Since we placed our reservation through Expedia. She assumed she could offer a lesser valued room for the same rate we paid. Proceed with caution.

Staff at front desk and breakfast particularly stood out. Jessica, our server at breakfast was great. The stay did not begin well. The airport shuttle was nowhere to be found resulting in a 30 dollar taxi ride. Desk staff were apologetic and compensated with vouchers for breakfast and from that point on everything went well. Another pleasant surprise was of all things a hamburger. The first night arriving tired and hungry I ordered this from the menu and was not expecting much but I was wrong. It was very good - the best I have eaten in awhile. Finally I will leave you with one more tip. If you are an espresso drinker - try it.

It's great to hear that despite a rocky start with the airport shuttle, the staff's responsiveness and the compensation with breakfast vouchers turned things around for you. Jessica's excellent service at breakfast surely added to the positive experience.It's funny how sometimes unexpected surprises, like a delicious hamburger, can make all the difference after a long day of travel. And thanks for the tip about the espresso—I'll be sure to inform all the guest!

The majority of the staff and the management was extremely ontop of their customer satisfaction. We had a rough start but the manager and the rest of the staff was amazing. The manager fixed what was needed and understood the value of how a person spends money and saves for a trip to enjoy with their famil which is so important. Amazing outcome!
