Named one of the best beach footbridges in the United States by Travel + Leisure Magazine, the "Broadwalk" paved with bricks, as the locals affectionately call it, has two and a half miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. With a small-town feel, Hollywood Beach is full of bars and restaurants that cannot be found anywhere else. For a truly local experience, you can't go wrong with The Le Tub Saloon, GG's Waterfront Grill, El Tayta and Taverna Opa. Getting Around: \- From Fort Lauderdale International Airport (FLL): There are 7.72 miles between FLL and Hollywood Beach. \- From Miami International Airport (MIA): Hollywood Beach is 23.8 miles away from MIA. In both cases, you can either take a cab or a Uber or Lift service at the Airport. Other Things to Note: ●Registration fee: $50 (one time only). ●Parking is not included in the listing. No car needed but if you need a parking space: You can either park your car at the condo for $42 a day or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for only $110 plus taxes. Modern, but comfortable. Great location. Rooftop pool was nice but got dirty. Staff at the POOL was very accommodating. We put our luggage up at the pool after checkout because we had a flight out later in the day but wanted to enjoy the beach and pool. We were disappointed with the fact that upon arrival, the front desk wasn’t very helpful and could make no accommodations for us to store all of our luggage before we were allowed to check into our unit. We had the choice to sit in the lobby for 4 hours with our stuff or take the risk of it sitting behind a separate service desk with no guarantee it would be watched. The pool was nice, however the amazing bar and restaurant was not available. There is no gym as advertised and no dining. No laundry facility on the property either. It seemed like things were going in, but nothing was open for us. The unit needs more kitchen accessories and utensils for a family of five. No trash bags, dishwasher detergent, the tiniest bottle of dish soap I’ve ever seen. We did a Walmart order and had to buy extra to get through. We’d return to the resort if it had more to offer, especially since we chose the place for what we thought we were getting. It’s still one of the nicest places in Hollywood Beach. Perfect location. 1 block from the beach. Plus a fantastic rooftop pool and hot tub. Beautiful condo that could sleep six with no problem. Surrounded by great restaurants. You will have to Uber to Publix for groceries. We had a rental car and had free enclosed parking. This is a 5 star facility. ##### Jack J. The gym to the property is closed however and there are a few things due to Covid that they need to update when it comes to the listing.
