VALET PARKING: Can have brief wait times . There is a system in place to call or text ahead to reduce your wait time. NOISE & SMOKING MONITORING In accordance with the city code of Fort Lauderdale, the vacation rental is equipped with a noise monitoring device that alerts the property owner and manager if noise levels exceed a certain threshold. This device does not record conversations; it only measures noise levels. Additionally, this device can also detect the presence of smoking in the unit. BALCONY DISCLOSURE: Please be advised that the balcony for this rental unit features a privacy divider that may not fully restrict access from the neighboring unit's balcony. As a result, there is a possibility that items or debris from the adjacent balcony could be present in the balcony. Therefore, guests should not be barefoot on the balcony and should not allow children alone unsupervised. SUPPLIES-starter set of supplies such as Toilet paper, paper towels and soaps is provided.
