#### Beautiful Spacious House - Walking Distance to Old Town

Absolutely wonderful home, spacious for a large gathering. Terrific for hanging out as a family, cooking, eating in, a separate work space is offered; this house checks all the boxes and then some. Hosts were very accommodating and quick in communication. Thank you!

Great home that fit all all of our needs with a good size kitchen and dining area to accomodate our large family. Perfect set up for adults and kids, comfortable beds, spacious laundry room and plenty of bathrooms. We liked the location...close to parks, old town, breweries, etc. Would highly recommend.

New house with a good set of amenities. Large kitchen with all utensils. Walking distance from to New Belgium brewery and close to the old town center that has lots of restaurants. Great base for trips into the Rockies. We were with 10 people but for smaller groups this house, though great, is too expensive.

We were all very pleased with this property. It had a great kitchen with upgraded appliances and everything we needed to cook meals. The large table was perfect for our family gathering. The bedrooms were well equipped and came with special touches like sound machines. There were highly quality fixtures in the 3 1/2 baths. The washer/dryer came in handy and the use of the garage was a welcome bonus! Communication with the owners was very good. Would highly recommend!

This house has an unusual 10am check out time and it is STRICTLY enforced. We had a graduation ceremony from 8-10am and wanted to leave our bags and pick them up after. Even 10:30 would have helped. But we were told no “late” check out on Sunday or Monday. 10:30 is late?
