Comfortable furniture for 5 of us to hangout and watch a movie. Extra space in an upstairs loft area, for relaxing and with a standup desk available for those that might need to work. Comfortable beds with nice sheets, good sized kitchen to cook with nice clean appliances. We had all that was necessary to make breakfast (pots pans, dishes, seasonings) as well as a good coffee maker (with coffee, creamer and sugar provided). There was also a laundry room with washer and dryer available for use. The neighborhood had a nice, quiet, safe feeling. We were able to walk our dog along the nearby greenbelt/walking path connecting to and along the Poudre River. Easy access to downtown. Short drive downtown or even walk to New Belgium Brewery (great atmosphere, great beer and great free tour!). There’s a full sized garage, as well a plenty of safe street parking. Good instructions to use tv with SmartTV giving us the ability to use our streaming apps to watch a movie. There was good communication with owner Stacy. We had no issues but feel confident Stacy would have been very prompt answering any questions. There was easy access to get in house/checking in.
