It is super quiet and would be lovely for warm Fort Collins nights. We stayed during the middle of October, we weren’t outside the property much to enjoy the wonderful patio because it was parent weekend and we had some things to do. :) One caution I would have is to read the listing very carefully. The second room is detached and above the garage (it states it in the FAQ section…I missed it so it was my fault). But, there is only one restroom so another person would have to come inside from outside to use the bathroom at night.
