Set in a historic Redwood Inn, this three-story facility offers nine rooms with independent bathrooms. It features a victory garden that teaches living soil methods for sustainable food production, with surplus food donated to the community. An onsite apiary supports beekeeping as part of its regenerative practices. This retreat provides comprehensive training in hospitality, covering innkeeping, gardening, landscaping, bee care, marketing, and international travel experiences. It also serves as a venue for events like concerts, weddings, and educational retreats. Once upon a time the sand was coated in brightly colored bits of sea glass, and social media is full of photos that make it look as if the sand still looks that way, but that isn't the case. Over the years the public has raided the beach of much of its glass. Now at first look, some might say it looks like any other ordinary beach. Yes you can still find glass here, but you have to look for it, and most of colored glass is long gone. It all makes for a fun little treasure hunt however!
