This home is a perfect place for group retreats, family gatherings, and anyone in search of a getaway. The open and naturally sunlit space fosters bonding and relaxation.

Engage in friendly competition with ping pong, air hockey, and pool – endless entertainment for you and your loved ones. The real GEM? Our state-of-the-art home theater, where movie nights turn into cinematic experiences.

Classic cabin charm meets modern comfort in our three story house. The beautiful woodwork and architectural design offers an open-concept space for seamless interaction. Enjoy cozy living areas with 3 fireplaces.

Home Theatre:
This rare find is our prized room. The surround sound speakers immerse you right into the movie! Fitted with 4 sofas and a pillow sack which can be used as beds too!

Recreational Floor:
With big windows to bring in natural light: ping pong, air hockey, and the pool table are yours to enjoy. Turn a corner to find the nearby kitchen and enjoy a snack or a meal!

Living Room:
This long strip of space on the bottom floor includes the main kitchen, two living rooms, and the dining area, connected to three bedrooms and two bathrooms as well.

Not one, but TWO kitchens.
For those who like to cook, we've got you covered. The spacious kitchens allow for mobility and uncluttered areas, especially for big groups.

Bedrooms:
1 King bed+ 2 Queen beds + 2 doubles
500+ sq ft Master Bedroom and bathroom including a walk in closet

Bathrooms:
1 bathroom on mid-floor and 2 on the bottom-floor

Decks:
Access to decks all around the mid-floor where you can look out at the beautiful redwood trees.

Outdoors:
Plenty of room for group games or activities. Whether on the expansive front lawn or exploring the three koi ponds in the open backyard. Revel in nature within the confines of this grated space.

Guest Access:
All of the property is free to access except for the garage building and skywalk. 6000 sq ft of access. The property has 2 buildings which are connected. The garage building may be occupied at the time by the property manager in case help is needed.

Once upon a time the sand was coated in brightly colored bits of sea glass, and social media is full of photos that make it look as if the sand still looks that way, but that isn't the case. Over the years the public has raided the beach of much of its glass. Now at first look, some might say it looks like any other ordinary beach. Yes you can still find glass here, but you have to look for it, and most of colored glass is long gone. It all makes for a fun little treasure hunt however! The check in process was extremely easy. The communication with the host was very friendly. They answered any and all questions you had. The house was just like the pictures. Having the BBQ was helpful for cooking the fish, our family caught on the ocean fishing trip they did. Great for a large group, it has plenty of space.

Wonderful House

We started out with 8 adults and ended up with 14, including a couple kids. The host was very understanding but the only downfall was being charged for additional guests over 10. House was very accommodating and everyone had plenty of space. It’s a very large home. Overall I would recommend this home to anyone or group looking for a place to beat the heat, enjoy the coastal environment and be just a short distance to fortbragg. We really enjoyed celebrating my husband’s birthday there. Thank you

Great Thanksgiving!

My large, extended family spent Thanksgiving week here and really enjoyed the amenities at the home and being so close to town. Watching football games in the theater was for sure a highlight! Also, enjoyed Noyo harbor for food and atmosphere. Communication with owner was easy.and atmosphere. Cowas

Property was very nice but not user friendly. Lights were difficult to figure out as was the electronics. Some furniture needs to be replaced - chairs were peeling and made a mess. House was clean and property is gorgeous.

Had a great stay

Stayed for a weekend. The house is very nice, had pretty much everything you need to stay there comfortably. Felt like home right away. House was clean and spacious. Loved the game room, theatre has excellent sounds, kitchens are complete, bedrooms and bathrooms were large and open. The location is about 5-10 minutes to the main street of Fort Bragg. Owner communicates promptly if you have any questions. Had a great stay I highly recommended it especially if there are many of you.

Amazing property and excellent manager!

Wow! this was an awesome place to stay with our large family! The photos in the listing speak the truth: very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Great location in a wooded, quiet, and safe neighborhood just a quick drive from Fort Bragg. All of us felt very much at home and had ample space to gather together or step away from the crowd. The theater was such a fun addition to our vacation! We shared photos in a slideshow, watched movies and shows, sang karaoke, and played group games. It would also be the perfect place for the kids to put on a play. The game tables were a hit too! Hanzen was so easy to work with and very quick to respond when we had a question! Easy check-in and out process, and a very helpful house manual. Highly recommended for a large family or group of friends to have a cozy place to stay and create memories to last a lifetime!

The ideal place for vacay.

The home is a beautiful 3 story. All the amenities you need and so much more. The place is amazing. The management team is easy to deal with and definitely made us feel at home. Would definitely recommend to anyone considering staying in the area. Just outside of town. The view is more than we expected. Definitely a must see!!
