With two bedrooms made up with linen on the beds and towels for the two bathrooms, just don't forget to pack your beach towels to go for a swim in the lake or at nearby beaches. To keep you cool, this property features brand new air-conditioner as well as ceiling fans throughout. There is a modern kitchen, open lounge and dining room as well as a bar area. One bedroom has 2 x double beds and an ensuite, the second large room has a Queen bed to accommodate up to six people in total. There is a single lock up garage as well as plenty of on street parking nearby. Two flights of stairs lead to your stay on the top of the building. Note: Please be advised that renovation and demolition work will commence in Unit 5 on Wednesday, 23 July 2025\. During this period, there will be some noise and disruption. The renovation is expected to take approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
