Private: small terraced garden (not fenced), parking at the house. Shop, café 460 m, bus stop "Co-op Grantown Road" 200 m, railway station "Forres" 2 km, sandy beach "Nairn" 10 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1 km, walking paths from the house 200 m. Nearby attractions: Findhorn Beach 11 km, Cawdor Castle 24 km, Brodie Castle 7 km, Culloden Battlefield Visitor Centre 34 km, Cluny Hill & Grant Park Gardens 3 km, Culbin Forest 13 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Loch Ness 64 km, Loch of Blairs 5 km, Lochindorb 26 km. Hiking paths: Randolph's Leap 9 km, Blairs Loch 5 km, Dava Way (incudes a viaduct).
