Inside we find a spacious living room with 5 meters high, relax area, with sofas, panoramic TV, satellite, DVD, etc. connecting with the kitchen there is a large living room overlooking the garden with a table for 10 people, The kitchen is very well equipped and is very spacious; It has a central island and has all the necessary appliances (oven, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator, ...). On the ground floor we find the first bedroom with double bed and an extra bed, giving a terrace directly to the pool the bedroom has its own large bathroom with shower open to the sky. the second bedroom has two beds or double bed to suit the client a bathroom with bathtub and separate shower, a private terrace with its own chilaut accessible from the room. The third room is a room in the kitchen area away from the rest of the guests' life with an extra bed for the service, babysitter, etc. On the upper floor we find a seating area (loft) with a double bed. In addition another 2 rooms with double beds; one suite and another with a private balcony with great views to the outside and with its own bathroom in the hallway. Outside there are 2 porches furnished with sofas and armchairs 2 Balinese beds for a real relax in the garden surrounding the large pool. terraces with table for 10 people. The house is very well decorated with careful details and above all very wide in all aspects. La nostra vacanza con i nostri amci e figli è stata bella perchè Formentera è magica. La villa in questione è bella ma ci sono piú oggetti costosi che asciugamani! 2 asciugamani per persona uno piccolo e uno medio e per di piú ruvidi. Nessun tappettino per il bagno. Ho dovuto chiedere tutto, la riposta è stata che purtroppo molte persone si portano via gli asciugamani. (Poi ci sono arrivati 4 asciugamani in più x 8 )Per quello che abbiamo pagato per 6 notti direi che 3 asciugamani a testa morbidi e nuovi erano il minimo.Scopino wc solo in alcuni bagni.Docce 2 su 4 intasate si creava il lago in bagno. Lenzuola dei letti no stirate Il mio letto aveva il lenzuolo macchiato, fatto cambiare il giorno dopo. Pulizia in generale della casa pessima. Al nostro arrivo la piscina sporca. Il baldacchino esterno in mezzo agli alberi pieno di cuscini tutti sporchi rovinati. Il tavolo da pranzo in vetro dentro casa sporco. Il cassettino della lavastoviglie porta posate era pieno di posate. Il pavimento della casa lasciava i piedi neri ai bambini.La proprietaria ci ha chiesto la cauzione 10giorni prima del nostro arrivo perchè rimasta scioccata da un precedente ospite che le ha sfasciato casa facendo una festa.Voleva quasi annullare la nostra prenotazione ma per pietà visto che andavamo con dei bambini non lo ha fatto. La comunicazione con la proprietaria è stata stressante.C è una casetta di legno a 20mt xle donne pulizie, ci ha detto che avrebbe dormito 1 sera una suaAmicaLeAbbiamoDettoDiNo ##### Jessica V. Es ideal para pasar unas vacaciones cerca del mar con la tranquilidad del bosque. ##### inma d. ### 8/10 – Bien #### Peter M. 8 oct. 2019 #### Schönes Haus Es ist ein sehr schönes Haus, leider wurde es uns aber für 12 Erwachsene Personen vermietet. Jedoch ist das Haus nur für maximal 8 Erwachsene geeignet. Es gibt 2 Doppelzimmer im oberen Geschoss, welche wirklich top sind. 2 weitere, sehr gute Zimmer befinden sich mit je 2 Einzelbetten im Untergeschoss. Hier hat man aus den 2 Bettzimmern durch Zustellbetten jeweils ein 3 Bettzimmer gemacht. Das war natürlich alles andere als optimal. Des Weiteren gibt es ein Zimmer auf der Empore, welches aber nicht wirklich ein Zimmer ist, da es nur durch einen Paravent vom Wohnzimmer, Küche und den anderen Zimmern getrennt ist. Man hat also nur sehr wenig Privatsphäre und hört selbstverständlich alles Geräusche der anderen Mitbewohner. Das war eigentlich ein No Go. Zu jedem Zimmer, außer dem auf der Empore gehört jeweils ein schönes Bad und es gibt außerdem einen großen Außenduschbereich. Für 8 Personen mit eventuell noch 2 Kindern aber absolut geeignet. Es gibt einen sehr schönen Pool, der regelmäßig gesäubert wird, einen grandiosen Außenbereich und man hat absolute Ruhe. Für 8 Personen würde ich das Haus uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Auch der Kontakt mit den Eigentümern war sehr gut, die Hauswirtin vor Ort spricht allerdings nur spanisch. ##### Peter M. So I got on my knees in the dark as the host told me to via telephone and had to find some sort of greasy button inside the motor casing - then we could pull open the gate by hand. Next thing: no water. the pump had caused a short circuit so we couldnt even use the toilets for the night until I found the cause next morning. Wifi: did not work. Allegedly the wires had been mixed up by the cleaning women. Advice of the host via telephone: Why dont you use your own telephone as hotspot, that's what I always do when I come from Italy. And so on. House is in a poor shape, keys missing, kitchen aplliances not really fitting and so on. Streeet is very loud in the night. In the end they wanted to tell us that we had lost a key for a terrace door that had not been therer from the start. Stay away is my advice. ##### Stephan M. Séjour de 7 nuits en octobre 2018
