In a 4-star tourist residence located 200 meters from the center and shops, 150 meters from the "La Ruche" daycare center and the "Club Piou-Piou" snow garden, 500 meters from the ski lifts, and 150 meters from the shops in a prestigious residence with a swimming pool (number 53 on the resort map).  
A 73 m² apartment located on the top level of the 4th and 5th floors with elevator, facing south, with unobstructed mountain views.  
The accommodation benefits from a ski locker with boot dryers, double private underground parking spaces (numbers 68 and 69), access to the sauna, steam room (reservations at the residence reception are valid twice a week), and the residence's indoor heated swimming pool.  
The residence features a lounge area with a fireplace and a billiards table, perfect for gatherings with friends or family.  
Bed linen provided in winter. Apartment equipped with duvets.

\- South-facing balcony overlooking the Aiguilles d'Arves.
