It took us about eight minutes to walk to the beach. The kitchen is beautiful. The sofas in the living room could use a good cleaning. The Xfinity streaming system for watching live TV did not work well, so we had to cast the football games from our cell phones. There is pretty big disparity (size, bathroom acccess) in the bedrooms, so just make note of that for non-family groups. Also, the bottom beds in the bunk room are on the floor. Probably fine for kids, but some adults may have a problem getting down there. It was pretty cold during our visit, but the pool area is lovely. Wish we could have used it!
