Welcome to 2 Turtle Bay on beautiful Folly Beach! This townhome will be a repeat family destination for years to come. Turtle Bay is within walking distance of Center Street and all that Folly has to offer. Turtle Bay also includes community pool and dock for guest enjoyment. Turtle Bay 2 has beachy décor and furnishings as well as all of the amenities you would expect in a high-end townhome.

Upon entering the property you will notice the gorgeous hardwood floors throughout the first floor of the townhome. The first floor features an open floor plan with living and kitchen area as well as one of the bedrooms. Kitchen includes granite countertops and all of the kitchen gadgets even the most discerning family chef would expect. Living area includes flat-screen Smart TV and plenty of seating for family movie night. Moving through the living area provides access to the screened in porch, perfect for morning coffee and a relaxing cocktail after a long day in the sun. Bedroom on first floor features queen bed. There is a full bath with combo shower/tub located between the bedroom and kitchen area.

Upstairs features the remaining two bedrooms. The master bedroom has king bed and private balcony offering peaks of the Folly River. The master suite includes walk-in shower, full size tub and large walk-in closet, and two large fold out relaxation chairs. Master also has flat-screen Smart TV. The final bedroom is perfect for the kids and features 2 twin beds, flat-screen TV with DVD player and attached full bath with shower/tub combo.

Parking is available in the garage and carport for up to 2 standard sized vehicles. Additional vehicles will need to find off-street parking nearby the Turtle Bay complex. Uber and Lyft are very scarce on the island, please plan your transportation accordingly. Check-in is 4:00pm and check out is 10:00am.

Townhome includes all of the modern conveniences you would expect, including washer/dryer, dishwasher, high-speed WiFi, and Smart TV's (no cable). A starter supply of toiletries, linens and towels will be provided. Property is strictly non-smoking and not pet friendly. No events allowed that exceed the maximum occupancy of the home, regardless of sleeping or visiting. Must be 25 years old or older to rent. **HOUSE SUPPLIES**
This property is managed by a property management group. We provide a complimentary starter amenity kit to get you settled. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed during their stay.
Two rolls of paper towels, 1 sponge, 1 dishwashing liquid, 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, and 2 kitchen towels in the kitchen. Each bathroom will have 2 toilet paper rolls and at least 1 bar of soap. Full bathrooms additionally include kits with travel size products: 1 shampoo, 1 conditioner, 1 lotion bottle, and 2 makeup wipes.
