Beautiful view of the marsh from the roof sunsets are awesome. Quiet and peacefully and beach access across the street was great. Will miss walking out to Morris Lighthouse daily so beautiful and peaceful out there. The property and the house was very comfortable and had everything you could need. The roof deck was our favorite spot for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening; the perfect spot to view the amazing sunsets over the marsh. BRING BUG SPRAY - the gnats/mosquitos were very bad, especially in the evening (or morning!) Bring beach towels as there are only towels /washcloths for bathing; bring beach chairs (if you can) as none are provided. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, plates, glasses, etc. I can't say whether the TVs worked as we never turned them on - we were having too much fun! Overall a very comfortable vacation home in the quieter section of the island - which is what we wanted. The beach was absolutely beautiful - no crowds on this end of Folly. A short 1 mile walk to the Morris Island Lighthouse area - or there is limited parking at the end of the road. There are very good restaurants and bars around the Center St. area which is less than 3 miles away - definitely take an Uber if you're "enjoying" the fun bars. I would recommend this house for a relaxing, low-key visit to beautiful Folly Beach - and would love to go back again one day! ##### kelly m.
