Respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties or events. Come experience an enjoyable stay in this classic Folly Beach townhome that has been completely renovated to exemplify a new modern quintessential Folly, only a short walk to the ocean and just one block from Center Street shops and restaurants. This property is the perfect family vacation location that can be rented separately, or book both for family and friends vacationing together. Two separate units; each home is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a laid-back open floor plan for cooking, dining and living that opens into a beautifully landscaped, fenced yard with a garden patio, dining chairs, charcoal grill and a private hot/cold outdoor shower. This family and pet friendly townhome is decorated with lively colors and eye-catching features to make you feel right at home on Folly. Downstairs, the home has a laid-back open floor plan where family and friends can gather together in the comfortable living and kitchen area with a quintessential dining nook. The fully stocked kitchen has custom cabinetry and granite counter space. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and has a cleanable filter, and a disposable paper filter can be used if desired. Just off the kitchen, there a laundry room with a stacked washer and dryer. The living area has a flat screen TV and cozy furnishings, including a queen size pull out sofa for additional sleeping. With the bedrooms and full bath upstairs, this apartment will easily give you space to enjoy your privacy as well. The master bedroom has a king size bed and flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a queen size bed, both bedrooms have upgraded linens and custom wardrobes. You'll be able to enjoy outdoor living in the large, beautifully landscaped backyard with a dining patio area and a charcoal grill. There is a private hot/cold outdoor rain shower, and the yard is completely fenced which also makes it a great play area for the kids and pets. When you're ready to head to the beach, just grab the beach cart and two beach chairs. ​​​​​​​We are dog friendly! We have a one-time pet fee of $110 per dog for reservations up to three nights, and $150 per dog for reservations for four or more nights. The pet fee is added once your reservation is confirmed. This home is 900 Sq. Ft. We had our Great Pyrenees “Finn” with us and he absolutely loved walking around the dog friendly town. The unit was clean, comfortable and the fenced in backyard was ideal for our needs. It was perfect for our stay. Great industrial style kitchen and a perfect little backyard for enjoying the cool nights. It was 1 block from the Main Street with the restaurants and bars. It is a small two bedroom, but it works great for myself and my wife and our two dogs.Nice little fenced in back yard was nice for letting the dogs out for a quick break. It is a five-minute walk to Center St. where all the restaurants, bars and shops are located. Easy walk to the beach and if you are traveling with dogs there is a very small public dog park a 1/4 mile from the house right next to the water tower on the North side of the island. If you really want your dogs to run, then take a 10-minute drive back to the James Island and go to James Island County Park. It is 2 per person to enter (no charge for dogs). They have a large dog park with a lake. Lake has nice beach areas for the dogs to enter the water. Just be on the lookout for alligator's. We saw two 4' alligators on this trip but they stay to the other side of the lake according to the locals that frequent the park. ##### Derek G. The location is absolutely perfect…walking distance to the beach, restaurants, shops. Beach access trail is right outside of the house so no need to walk on the main road. The house is perfectly dog and kid friendly with concrete flooring and leather furniture. The yard was a good size and we enjoyed sitting outside listening to the palms in the wind. The grill does need attention for any grill lovers but we didn’t grill out or intend to while we were there so it didn’t bother us. There is only one bathroom and it is on the upstairs level. The beds and pillows are super comfy and everyone slept great! The sand at the beach was soft and the area felt safe. Very clean, cool funky, industrial feel and very comfortable. Great backyard for the dogs and a nice place to sit out in the evening to hear the wind in the palms! The best part is the location. VERY short walk to the beach. With every walk in the neighborhood we discovered a little hidden gem like Chico Feo and their live music, Bert's Market for all of our needs, Lost Dog Cafe, and Taco Boy for the best taco of my life. We came for the ocean but honestly we just LOVED walking around the fantastic little town and the location of this home was just PERFECT! It was quiet at night, beds were very comfortable. We never got in our car until we went to the county park for a sunset. I highly recommend taking a sunset sail with Sail Folly which was in walking distance from this house. We have stayed in MANY vacation rentals but this one if by far our favorite. The location is perfect! Walking distance to all the restaurants and bars and a very easy walk to the beach. This host has provided everything you need for an awesome beach getaway. There was a beach wagon to haul your stuff to the beach. They have 2 nice beach chairs available to use also. The backyard was amazing and beautiful and a great place to enjoy your coffee in the morning and a glass of wine at night. The king bed was super comfy with nice linens, blankets and great pillows (I'm a picky pillow person and thought these were excellent pillows.) In fact I liked the bed setup so much that I got all the info off the tags and have ordered a set just like the one in the rental to be shipped to my house so I can make my bed at home just like the Folly Beach Bed. I'm sure the other bed in the other bedroom was awesome as well. Overall a very CLEAN rental that has all the amenities you need when visiting FB. Can't wait to come back. ##### Kelly C.
