LIC009967 STR25-A1014 • You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. • This property is in a quiet residential community, and Folly Beach has a STRICT NOISE ORDINANCE (from 10 pm to 8 am) violation rule of 1 strike. Please respect your neighbors, keep the noise down, and NO parties. • KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM - This home offers a contactless check-in, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. • POOL - Please be aware that any guests (or other individuals who use the pool by invitation of the guests) are expressly using the pool at their own risk and accept all responsibility for such use. Neither YOURPAD Charleston nor the property owner shall be held liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur during the use of the pool or adjacent poolside areas. • POOL HEATING - Please note that the pool is heated September through February unless the temperature drops below 50 degrees at which point it is only heated for guests booking weekend stays. We are local but wanted to have an easy, breezy get away with our daughter and 3 grand kids. Folly Island met that goal. The house has a nice shaded yard with a tall privacy fence around the entire property. This made it safe for the kids and the dogs we took with us. The little pool was an added bonus, however it does not have a fence or barricade around it so watching the kids closely was a must! The interior of the home was comfortable and had a beachy Boho vibe which suited the island perfectly. The beach was a very short walk and so nice. The kitchen was well equipped as we had our Thanksgiving dinner here. Beds comfortable. The only negative is the bathrooms need more towel racks for hand and body towels. The house was clean and provided our group of 3 couples the common spaces we were looking for. The screen porch did notdisappoint. Just a couple things to keep in mind when renting this house… you will need to bring/ buy seasonings, foil etc for the kitchen. Listing stated that there was an iron& board which they delivered about an hour after we called asking it’s location. Very prompt response! Weirdly there weren’t any clothes hangers in any of the closets…we purchased some cheap ones from Walmart. Loved the proximity to the beach. Nicely appointed with unique, boho chic furniture and art.
