« House was just as depicted online. Nice pool in a private well landscaped back yard. Plenty of beach chairs and towels to accommodate everyone in our party. Kitchen was well equipped. Short walk to the little town of Folly Beach as well as the beach. My favorite touch - toilet paper, paper towels, soaps etc. were provided to get you started! Hosts were very reachable to communicate with. »

« The place is in an awesome location and has so much charm! Carl is so friendly and checked on us regularly to see if we needed anything. Couldn't have had a better host! You can't beat the patio area and the bed and linens provided were so comfy. We visit Folly twice a year, and this will be our go to! »

« Perfect for a couples retreat! This house is four blocks away from the beach and within walking distance of several bars and restaurants. Park your car and do t move it for a week. The steps - inside and outside - are legit steep, and the bedroom above is truly in the trees - you’ll hear birds all morning long. A quiet residential street and outdoor porch are a bonus. « This condo was super clean, comfortable and cute. I loved having the option of a walk on Follly Beach so close in the mornings, then could have short drive into Charleston during the day or evening to do the touristy things or eat. The view of the marshes and listening to the birds off balcony after sunrise was peaceful too. Would stay again for sure. »
