« My kids and I had a wonderful time. We stayed in the Dolphin Room. It was clean and just the right size. The mini fridge was a decent size for our left overs from our nights out. I brought a cooler of ice for our canned drinks and water which helped a lot. They supplied plenty of towels for showers and beach towels for the pool. The mattresses were comfortable. We went mid September so it wasn’t super hot out but I felt the A/C wasn’t quite cool enough. That’s the only thing I can even half...

« This was a very cute room! Very close to shops and restaurants so we walked everywhere, no need to drive! The only issue we had was there was a dirty washcloth on top of the shower (left from previous tenants AFTER it was cleaned), and there the toilet was dirty also (under the seat and dripped down to the floor). I called to speak with someone about this but was told they would call me back when someone was “in the office”. Which would have been after we checked out (stayed 8-30/9-1). »

« Fabulous place to stay in Folly Beach! Already booked twice here. The rooms are beautiful and well maintained, the pool is perfect, and the picnic area and grill are such nice amenities to have. It really feels like a little beach oasis. Super close walk to the beach, the main streets and Bert’s. Excellent service and feels very safe and secure. Highly recommend staying here, will be back for sure! »
