Property Summary  
Campo Fiorito is a large working farm with three apartments, offering a peaceful vacation rental experience. Surrounded by trees and fields, it provides a serene escape from the hustle and bustle. The shared property spans 6 hectares and is fenced for privacy. You can enjoy amenities like a Swimming Pool, Yard, Internet Wifi, Parking, and an Installment Plan. The terraced garden is full of plants and flowers, and the lawn is perfect for sunbathing.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts an above-ground swimming pool, measuring 10 x 5 meters and with a depth of 130 cm, available seasonally from June 1st to September 30th. You can rinse off in the outdoor shower or relax under the arbor or on the terrace. The terraced garden and lawn offer ample space for relaxation.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the motor access to the property is bumpy and includes an unmade road, but parking is available on the premises. The property is located 5 km from shops, restaurants, and bars, as well as the sandy beach in Follonica, Italy. The owner does not accept any youth groups.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
Campo Fiorito is situated 7.5 km from the center of Follonica, 5 km from the sea, and 8 km from the railway station in Follonica. The ferry in Piombino is 36 km away, and Lake Accesa is 13 km away. The marina is a 10 km drive, and there is an 18-hole golf course located 13 km from the property. Walking paths start just 50 meters away, and the Parco Naturale di Montioni offers hiking opportunities. Nearby attractions include Massa Marittima (15 km) and Grosseto (50 km).

The 'Ortensia' apartment is a spacious 4-room accommodation located on the first floor, suitable for accommodating up to 4 adults and 2 children. It features a living/sleeping room with a double sofa bed, a dining table, satellite TV, and a cozy wood-burning stove. Additionally, there is a room with a French bed (160 cm) and another room with a double sofa bed and a French bed (160 cm). The well-equipped kitchen is a practical space with an oven, dishwasher, gas stove, 4 gas rings, microwave, and an electric coffee machine, along with a small dining table for your convenience.

The apartment is equipped with modern amenities to ensure a comfortable and convenient vacation experience. It features two showers/bidet/WC, and wood heating is available in select rooms. You can enjoy the outdoors on the terrace and the roofed patio, with terrace furniture, a barbecue, and deck chairs (4) provided for your use. The apartment also offers a panoramic view, a washing machine, and mosquito nets for your comfort. Additionally, non-smokers are welcome, and a maximum of 2 pets/dogs are allowed, making it a pet-friendly accommodation with a private entrance.
