### Charming 1BR in Flumet, pool and parking, 4 ppl

Located on the ground floor of the residence, this mountain apartment measures approximately 37m² and comprises a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people, a fully equipped kitchen opening onto the dining room and living room, a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet.  
  
This holiday rental is located at the foot of the Flumet ski slopes, part of the Espace Diamant ski area (accessible on foot and return by ski). It is approximately 5 km from Praz-sur-Arly and approximately 3 km from the village of Flumet. You will have a parking space and a private ski locker, and the residence has an indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool will be open from 15 December to 15 April and from 15 June to 15 September, every day from 9:00 \[hidden\] to 7:30 \[hidden\]  
  
This flat is classified as a 2-star furnished tourist accommodation.   
  
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen and towels are not included.
