Cozy 26sqm apartment for four to six people on the first floor of the residence. Its west facing balcony offers superb views of Mont Charvin and the valley. In addition, it is at the foot of the ski slopes and hiking departures!

Nestled in the French Alps, the village of Flumet lies in the heart of the Espace Diamant, a vast ski area offering 192 km of interconnected slopes across six charming resorts: Flumet, Notre Dame de Bellecombe, Praz-sur-Arly, Crest-Voland/Cohennoz, Les Saisies, and Hauteluce. Whether you're a beginner or an expert skier, this scenic and friendly area promises an unforgettable winter holiday.  
The Evettes sector, at the foot of Flumet's slopes, is a strategic starting point for exploring the entire Espace Diamant.  
In summer, the surrounding area transforms into a haven for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails and mountain biking routes nearby. The Evettes chairlift, open two days a week, provides access to stunning views of the Aravis mountain range. Just 3 km away, the Flumet lake and leisure area offer plenty of opportunities for relaxation and outdoor fun.  
At the BASE DE LOISIRS DES BELLES, you’ll find a wide range of activities:  
A unique art-inspired mini-golf course with 18 landscaped holes, partly located in the forest.  
Play areas with slides, a zip line, merry-go-rounds, spring toys, and a sandbox — something for all ages (free access).  
A skate park and a multi-sport court for basketball, football, or handball (free access).  
Two tennis courts (€8/hour).  
A petanque area, a climbing tower for beginners or advanced climbers, a shaded bike park, and a 7.5-meter pyracord climbing structure for the adventurous.  
The surrounding region also offers exceptional day trips in the Alps:  
Megève, a chic and lively resort, just 15 minutes away.  
Chamonix, the legendary alpine town at the foot of Mont Blanc, 50 minutes away.
